Living the Christian Experience

A Life Long Journey of Faith

Happy New Year to all our blog followers and prayers!  First, we’d like to say Thank You to all those who have passed on their gratitude for providing this space for posting their prayer needs.  We here at Living the Christian Experience feel called to this ministry of prayer and sharing, and thus it is not work, but an opportunity to serve.  To serve each of you in some capacity, weather to pass on your prayer requests, write thoughts and words of our own faith experiences and to share the writings of others who feel called to share their faith journey.

In the spirit of community, we also ask that if you know someone who’d be helped by this community, please feel free to pass along our site, www.livingthechristianexperience.com and ask them to sign up and be part of our wonderful group of faith journeyers.  Also, if you know someone who’d like to share their story, book review or thoughts about their faith journey, please have them contact us by replying to this email.  We would like to expand our list of contributors and share those stories of struggles, joys, learning and all things happening on their faith journey!

“All who believe in Christ should feel, as an integral part of their faith, an apostolic concern to pass on to others its light and joy. This concern must become, as it were, a hunger and thirst to make the Lord known, given the vastness of the non-Christian world.” – Saint John Paul II

In the spirit of last Sunday’s gospel, I pray we always answer our call from God with,  “Here I am Lord.”

Greetings! My name is Marj and I live in Texas with my husband Richard. I am currently retired and I love to read, share conversation, drink coffee, travel, enjoy wine and write. It seems there's never enough time in the day for all my projects, but then it's good to always have a project on hand and not wonder what to do next.
